Described as Heavy aggressive rock peppered with a taste of grunge , Corroded formed in 2004 after just a couple jam sessions. Judging from what they heard in their sessions, the band quickly realized that Corroded would portray a sound that mixed the heavy rock sound of the 70′s with a modern twist. Between the years of 2005 and 2007, the band released 3 demos: Heart of the Machine , Sessions ward-22 , and III .

Corroded has toured with Swedish Grammy Winners Mustasch, (which was given great reviews), and they also were booked for a Sweden Rock Festival appearance. In 2008, 2 of the original members of the group departed. But with two new members, Corroded formed a solid lineup and was signed to Ninetone Records. Now, Corroded is ready to take over the US with their debut album 11 Shades of Black .
