Like a Storm

Like a Storm is a whirlwind of hard rock and alternative composure with elements of electronics and orchestral fusion. This quartet will blow you away with their heavy edge and fascinate you with their peaceful melodies. The band originated in New Zealand, where brothers Chris, Matt, and Kent Brooks grew up. In 2005 they decided to head to North America and took up residence in Vancouver, Canada. It wasn’t long before the band started making a huge impression on the music scene, and they eventually teamed up with producer Mike Plotnikoff (Three Days Grace, My Chemical Romance, Buckcherry). After a grueling 16 months of writing and recording, the band finally emerged with their debut album The End of the Beginning. The album is filled with so many beautiful textures and layers that span across the rock genres. Like a Storm is the perfect dose of hard rock and will always leave you satisfied.
